GLX0 and GLX1 packages are already installed:
:~$ sudo apt install libglx0 libgl1
libglx0 is already the newest version (1.7.0-3).

Any idea how to fix this?
In the end I just like to have a file manager. Any suggestion for another debian package (and not to have Portfolio installed via flatpak)?
