I tried to scan a WiFi Qr code after flashing, but the installed camera app doesn’t recognise it.

I also installed gnome-decoder and wifi-qr, but both a crashing for various reasons (didn’t debug further). And as they’re not on the image at all, you’re exposed to a chicken-egg-problem anyway after first installation.

Are there currently any possibilities to scan WiFi QR codes in Phosh?

We don’t have a qr-scanner yet. Its not phosh issue, its how droidian/hybris works.
I also run into issue where Qr scan was needed. I’ll look into and will try to make it work.
